The model was and is produced in different versions (heights) and has had overhauls over time. The land was ceded by the owner of the area in order to encourage the occupation of the region. In 1957, the Nicola brothers began to erect the second headquarters, with 3,100 m², in the newly divided Planalto neighborhood. In the first decade of life, around 600 units were produced.
